CANCELLATION POLICY
At Nancy Jane’s, we value your time and take great care in preparing for your personalized hair and makeup experience. To ensure the best service for all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged in full. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to manage our time efficiently and maintain the highest quality of service for every client. Thank you for your cooperation!
